They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer. What you’ll do Why is Walmart America’s leading grocery store? No matter which fresh food or grocery area you work in, there are similarities: detailed cleaning of shelves and department, checking and maintaining temperature control, verifying dates, and disposing of lesser quality food products. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
