Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Worker for a local company in Toledo, OH This role manages receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.


Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All employees are offered competitive compensation ($19/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available shifts 1st shift 9AM to 5:30PM (Overtime possible)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments
• Inspect products for damage or discrepancies
• Set and repair, repack trade show booths
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas
• Label, and track inventory accurately
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Assist with inventory counts and audits
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience is a plus
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift certification preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting in a trade show environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• May require overtime or weekend work during busy periods
• Once hired in as a T.I. Freight employee, required to travel 4 (four) times per year
