Real Estate Apprentice - Training & Mentorship Available

We’re looking for motivated individuals who are already licensed or close to completing their real estate licensing requirements and want the training, mentorship, and support to start building their business.

You’ll learn how to find and connect with potential buyers and sellers, follow up with prospects, conduct property showings, build client relationships, and understand how a real estate transaction moves from the first conversation through closing.

You’ll have access to experienced real estate professionals, hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and proven systems designed to help you develop your skills and become more confident working with clients.

This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, is coachable, and is ready to consistently work toward building a successful real estate business.

Candidates must already have an active real estate license or be close to completing the licensing process.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

Training and mentorship available. Flexible work-from-home options available.

Compensation:

$112,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and build lasting relationships.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of property showings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn the intricacies of real estate transactions from start to finish.
• Utilize our proven systems to follow up with leads and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to continuously enhance your real estate knowledge.
• Support the team in marketing efforts by contributing to the creation of engaging property listings.
• Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with up-to-date information.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients.

• Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.

• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic real estate environment.

• Comfortable using technology and digital tools to manage client relationships and property listings.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work culture.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy setting.
