HR Generalist: Employee Relations & Policy (Day Shifts)
El Paso Children's Hospital
El Paso Children's Hospital is seeking an HR Generalist to manage employee relations, oversee policy development, and handle Workers Compensation. The role requires three years of HR experience, including one year in a healthcare environment, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources. The ideal candidate should also possess a working knowledge of employment laws and may prefer a Professional Human Resources certification.
