As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Troubleshooting, reporting, scheduling and answering general technical questions
• Creating, processing and tracking all service calls
• Distributing work orders to all technicians
• Scheduling service appointments with customers
• Responding to daily service desk emails
• Escalating problems and reassigning calls when appropriate
• Accurately reporting service data
• Maintaining effective communication with service team members
• Developing a working knowledge of all operating standards, practices, and procedures
• Providing customer contacts for all post-installation problems

A great fit for a Customer Relationship Specialist will possess or demonstrate the following attributes and experience:

• Customer/Client Service experience is required; six or more months of technical customer service experience is highly preferred
• Exceptional communication, written and verbal, and customer service skills
• Superior critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated personality who thrives being part of a high energy, goal oriented team
• High school diploma or equivalent
