Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and complex clinical laboratory analyses-ranging from chemistry and hematology to immunology and beyond-following established protocols and standards.
• Evaluate test outcomes for reliability, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform scheduled maintenance and calibration on laboratory devices.
• Assist with specimen collection and meticulously prepare samples for accurate testing.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all procedures, and serve as a mentor for new personnel or interns, while ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe laboratory space, while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your career with us.
