About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Ecosystem Marketing Manager to own and scale Alchemy's presence across the Web3 ecosystem, spanning chain partnerships, infrastructure providers, channel partners, customers, and emerging verticals like traditional finance and agentic commerce.

Alchemy is the AWS of blockchain. We power everyone from Azuki and Polymarket to JP Morgan and Robinhood. This role sits at the intersection of all of those relationships and has the unique mandate to build deep, strategic connections across the entire ecosystem, then turn those relationships into high impact co-marketing programs, joint campaigns, thought leadership, and distribution at scale.

This role has extraordinary breadth. You'll develop and execute strategy across Web3 native partners (chains, protocols, infrastructure providers), traditional finance institutions entering onchain (JP Morgan, Visa, MasterCard), customers, and channel partners (AWS and beyond). You'll also keep a pulse on the frontiers of blockchain, including stablecoins, RWA tokenization, deposit tokens, institutional staking, and agentic commerce, positioning Alchemy as the infrastructure layer that makes it all possible.

This is a senior, strategic role. We're looking for someone who already has existing relationships across the ecosystem and a proven track record of expanding their network, developing a distribution strategy, and executing it at scale. You won't be building a network from scratch. You'll be activating one.

What You'll Do

• Develop and own the ecosystem marketing strategy across chain partnerships, infrastructure partners, channel partners (e.g., AWS), and key customers spanning Web3 native and TradFi verticals.
• Build and deepen strategic relationships with ecosystem players, including chains, protocols (Chainlink, Fireblocks, Canton Network), technology partners, and enterprise customers, to create mutual distribution opportunities.
• Design and execute joint campaigns, co-branded content, co-hosted events, and thought leadership programs that amplify Alchemy's brand across partner channels and audiences.
• Drive ecosystem distribution at scale by identifying and activating opportunities to leverage partner channels (newsletters, events, social, developer communities) to expand Alchemy's reach and brand awareness.
• Host and coordinate thought leadership workshops, panels, and executive roundtables with key ecosystem players to reinforce Alchemy's position as the foundational infrastructure layer for onchain development.
• Keep a pulse on the TradFi to onchain movement, tracking how institutions like JP Morgan, Visa, MasterCard, and Coinbase are adopting blockchain and identifying marketing opportunities at the intersection of traditional finance and Web3.
• Monitor and engage with emerging trends including stablecoins, RWA tokenization, deposit tokens, institutional staking, and agentic commerce (AI agents on blockchain rails), positioning Alchemy as the infrastructure powering these movements.
• Collaborate cross functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Content to ensure ecosystem marketing efforts are tightly aligned with Alchemy's GTM strategy and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive ecosystem map, tracking key players, partnership health, co-marketing pipeline, and campaign impact across verticals.
• Report on ecosystem marketing performance, providing clear metrics and insights to leadership on brand awareness, partner engagement, and pipeline contribution.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in ecosystem marketing, partner marketing, or strategic marketing within crypto, blockchain, or developer infrastructure.
• Existing relationships across the Web3 ecosystem, including chains, protocols, infrastructure providers, and key industry players. You are not starting from zero.
• Proven track record of developing an ecosystem or partner marketing strategy and distributing it at scale, driving measurable brand awareness, partner engagement, and pipeline impact.
• Experience executing joint campaigns, co-marketing programs, and events with ecosystem partners that drove real business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of the blockchain landscape, including L1s/L2s, DeFi, infrastructure, wallets, and the developer tooling ecosystem.
• Working knowledge of TradFi's onchain adoption, with familiarity around how institutions are approaching stablecoins, tokenization, and blockchain based settlement.
• Awareness of emerging trends in agentic commerce and AI powered onchain transactions.
• Exceptional relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to navigate conversations with chain foundations, protocol teams, enterprise partners, and C-suite executives with equal comfort.
• Strong cross functional collaborator with a proven ability to work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Content, and Engineering to align ecosystem efforts with company wide priorities and drive unified go-to-market execution.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute, comfortable building a plan from scratch and rolling up sleeves to ship campaigns, host events, and manage partner activations.
• Self-starter mentality with extreme ownership who thrives in fast paced, high autonomy environments.

Nice to Haves

• Ability to be in office in SF or NYC 3x a week.
• Experience at a blockchain infrastructure company, chain foundation, or developer platform.
• Previous experience marketing to both Web3-native and enterprise/TradFi audiences.
• Familiarity with Alchemy's product suite (RPC, Gasless Transactions, Data APIs, Webhooks, etc.).
• Experience managing or influencing channel partnerships with major cloud/tech providers (AWS, GCP, etc.).
• Background in developer relations or developer-focused marketing.
• Existing presence and influence on Crypto Twitter / X and within key Web3 communities.
