Description General Manager Superhost Hospitality - Home2 Suites Plano As a General Manage r, you will lead the charge in ensuring the overall success and excellence of our establishment. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing and managing all aspects of the hotel's operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food services, and more. Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives and enhance guest satisfaction. Leading and inspiring a diverse team to provide exceptional service and meet performance goals. Handling financial management, budget planning, and ensuring profitability. Fostering a positive work culture and ensuring the highest standards of guest experiences. Requirements: Strong leadership and ability to motivate diverse teams. Extensive experience in hotel or hospitality management. Able to develop and implement effective business strategies. Dedicated to delivering excellent guest experiences. Additional Requirements: Previous experience in a general management role within the hospitality industry is required. Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
