Salary: $50-60k + annual bonus
March Forward, a financial planning and wealth management firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Client Onboarding Associate to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for investment, retirement, and insurance accounts, working closely with advisors, clients, and financial institutions to ensure accounts are opened accurately and efficiently. Youll work daily in Salesforce, Redtail CRM, and other financial platforms, helping keep our operations running smoothly while delivering a seamless experience for new and existing clients.

What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, from initial documentation through account approval and funding
- Work daily within Salesforce and Redtail CRM to track account progress and maintain accurate records
- Compile, review, and submit all required documentation for investment, retirement, and insurance accounts
- Coordinate with advisors to facilitate the opening of accounts with custodians and insurance carriers
- Communicate with clients to gather and verify information required for applications and paperwork
- Request proposals, illustrations, and reports for investment and insurance products
- Monitor submissions and follow up with carriers and custodians regarding NIGO (Not-In-Good-Order) items
- Track the approval process for insurance policies and investment accounts
- Maintain organized records and ensure documentation meets compliance standards
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to improve efficiency and maintain a seamless client experience
What We're Looking For
- Experience in financial services operations, client onboarding, or client service
- Preferred working knowledge of investments, annuities, retirement accounts, or alternative investments
- Preferred familiarity with industry regulations such as FINRA and SIPC
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working with processes and systems
- Preferred working knowledge of life and disability insurance
- Due to the sensitive nature of client financial information, the ability to follow compliance requirements and maintain strict confidentiality is essential.
