Job Title: Salesforce Admin/Developer

Location: India Offshore

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Admin/Developer to manage, customize, and develop Salesforce solutions based on business requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in both Salesforce Administration and Development, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security.
• Configure Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
• Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and automation.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform data management, data migration, import/export, and data quality activities.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide production support.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in testing, deployment, release management, and troubleshooting activities.
• Follow Salesforce best practices for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with offshore and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Strong experience in Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Development.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows and automation.
• Experience with Salesforce security, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with Reports, Dashboards, Data Loader, and data migration.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps, Git, CI/CD, or Salesforce DX is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
