To Discover more, please visit our website at Type: Full-Time Location: Carson, CA Responsibilities Execute and support sales and business development activities within the Open Business Development Team. Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities. Participate in client outreach and follow-up communications to support account growth. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and bid documentation for new business opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support pricing and service arrangements. Track and maintain active RFQs and ongoing business opportunities. Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed. Travel as needed to participate in client meetings and contribute to the development and expansion of sales opportunities. Monitor ongoing projects and provide updates to ensure timely execution and service quality. Maintain organized records of contracts, quotations, and operational documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred. 3-6 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, sales support, or related field required. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Minimum 10% of domestic business travel is required. Bilingual in English and Korean (required). The base salary range for this role is between $65,000-$90,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
