Travel Maintenance Supervisor

Travel Maintenance Supervisor leads maintenance operations for a 13-week assignment in or near Sidney, Montana. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits while ensuring efficient facility management and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and supervision to maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations and timely resolution of maintenance issues
• Maintain and inspect mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Document maintenance activities, procedures, and inspections accurately in designated systems
• Execute routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
• Collaborate with management to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize critical repairs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• MT Boilers License
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance or facilities management role
• Ability to work day shift hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
