Travel Maintenance Supervisor

Travel Maintenance Supervisor leads maintenance operations for a 13-week assignment in or near Sidney, Montana. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits while ensuring efficient facility management and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership and supervision to maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations and timely resolution of maintenance issues
2. Maintain and inspect mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
3. Document maintenance activities, procedures, and inspections accurately in designated systems
4. Execute routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
5. Collaborate with management to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize critical repairs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• MT Boilers License
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance or facilities management role
• Ability to work day shift hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
