Our busy hotel is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented maintenance engineer to ensure that all of our visitors have an excellent experience at our property. You'll be in charge of the building's maintenance and preventative programs daily to ensure people's enjoyment, health, and safety. $17 - $17.50 hourly

• Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads
• Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks
• Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures
• Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment
• Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction

• Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary
• Experience with facilities management software is preferred
• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED
• Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed
• You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• 10 plus years of experience in maintenance and/or as a handyman.
