Engineering Technician

What You'll Do Manufacture prototype sensors that support new product development initiatives. Support engineering builds by fabricating components, collecting and documenting data, providing feedback, and assisting with troubleshooting activities. Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory and manufacturing equipment. Work with a combination of established and emerging technologies, including laser processing and coating equipment. Accurately document experimental results, manufacturing records, and process data. Help manage inventory of materials and components while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Utilize computer systems and tools, including Excel, for data entry, tracking, and reporting. Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to support prototype development and process improvements. What We're Looking For Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience in manufacturing, laboratory, production, or other hands-on technical environments. High attention to detail with a commitment to accurate documentation. Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills. Comfort working with equipment, tools, and manufacturing processes. Basic computer proficiency and experience entering or tracking data. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal. High school diploma or GED required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in medical device, biotech, diagnostics, or other regulated manufacturing environments. Chemical handling experience and familiarity with safety protocols. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
