Location: Bowling Green, OH | On-site
Job Type: Interim Assignment
Pay: $55–$60 per hour | $2,200–$2,400 per week based on a 40-hour workweek

Tobin & Associates is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Nursing for a temporary leadership assignment at a client skilled nursing facility in Bowling Green, Ohio . This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on clinical leader who is available immediately and committed to supporting staff and delivering quality resident care.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily nursing operations and support quality clinical outcomes.

• Implement and maintain established clinical systems and standards of care.

• Provide guidance, education, and support to nursing staff.

• Promote staff retention through recognition, teamwork, and a positive work environment.

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.

Pay & Travel:

• Hourly Pay: $55–$60 per hour, paid weekly.

• Weekly Earnings: $2,200–$2,400 based on a 40-hour workweek.

• Travel Package: Available to candidates who live more than 60 miles from the facility. Includes hotel accommodations, mileage reimbursement of $0.72 per mile for travel from home to the facility, and a $35 daily meal per diem .

Qualifications:

• Valid, unencumbered Ohio RN license or multistate RN license authorizing practice in Ohio.

• 3–5 years of Director of Nursing experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.

• Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to teach and learn.

• Immediate availability for an interim assignment.
