Endocrinology Physician Assistant

Job Summary and Responsibilities Full-time Endocrinology Physician Assistant position located in Phoenix, Arizona. The PA works Monday‑Friday in an outpatient setting and collaborates closely with the physician/medical director to provide comprehensive endocrine care. Monday - Friday outpatient position. Assumes clinical responsibility for tasks performed within the Nurse Practitioner scope of practice. Takes patient history, performs physical examinations, orders diagnostic tests, establishes diagnoses, and manages common illnesses and disease prevention. Provides appropriate referrals to specialists and community agencies. Participates in quality assurance and quality improvement programs. Works within a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans for patients and their families. Job Requirements PA Master's Degree from an accredited program. Three years of experience in endocrinology preferred. Arizona license or a license from a Compact state. Hold and maintain national certification in the PA area under Arizona regulations. American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification. Pay Range $107,452 - $163,786 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Endocrine News
