Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with expertise in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and cardiac care. This is a full-time position requiring a night shift from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in the PICU, particularly those with cardiac conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans and health management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in a PICU setting, with a focus on cardiac care.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support (PALS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
