We're growing our pack at Crossroads Pet Resort — and we're looking for warm, upbeat people who love animals (and the humans who love them) just as much as we do.

Guest Relations Team Member / Office Manager

Do you love greeting wagging tails and helping pet parents — and maybe keeping a whole team organized too? We're looking for a friendly, take-charge team member to help run our front desk and office!

What You'll Do:

•       Welcome clients and their pets with genuine warmth — answer phones, schedule appointments, and check pets in and out

•       Give tours, close sales, and follow up with clients on future bookings

•       Collect payments, make change, and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift

•       Prepare bank deposits and keep financial records straight — receipts, invoices, and daily reconciliation

•       Keep the office and resale shelves stocked, organized, and running smoothly

•       Lead, train, and support office staff — keeping everyone accountable and on task

•       Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot day-to-day computer or phone issues

•       Resolve customer concerns and keep satisfaction high

•       Build and roll out new procedures, policies, and incentive programs to keep the team sharp

•       Help walk our furry guests and keep an eye on their wellbeing throughout the day

•       Pitch in on general office tasks and other duties as they come up

What Makes You a Great Fit:

•       High school diploma required; some college a plus

•       Office and customer service experience; bookkeeping or supervisory experience a plus

•       Excellent written and verbal communication skills — friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented

•       A multitasker who can add, count money, make change, and stay calm under pressure

•       Comfortable on your feet — walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs (some of our guests are hefty pups!)

•       Computer literate and detail-oriented, even when things get busy

•       Comfortable in a small office alongside a busy kennel (and the dogs who come with it!)

Schedule: Part-time to full-time, including some weekends and holidays.
