Commercial Escrow Officer (Hybrid)

Commercial Escrow Officer - Indianapolis Responsible for establishing and processing commercial escrow accounts in accordance with established policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Continuously grow and service the business by delivering outstanding customer service Complete simple and complex commercial real estate escrow transactions, acting as a neutral liaison between buyer, seller, and lender Work cross‑functionally with Underwriting to monitor and mitigate risk Ensure all funds are properly accounted for and disbursed in accordance with trust and contract terms Complete closing by reviewing, recording, and filing documents, preparing closing statements, and ensuring adherence to delivery dates and timelines Prepare regular status reports for parties involved in the transaction Prepare legal documents for the closure of the sale Comply with regulatory requirements Required Qualifications 2–4 years of escrow‑related experience as an Escrow Officer, preferably in commercial real estate Strong customer service orientation with a professional and positive attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem‑solving and strong organizational skills Detail oriented with ability to navigate internal and external resources to resolve issues Comfortable with technology and proprietary programs, and quick to adapt to new software Team player who contributes to collective success High School Diploma or equivalent Escrow officer certification may be required based on state requirements Pay Range $28.09 – $37.44 hourly (based on experience and location) Benefits Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, paid sick leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
