Receptionist – Five Star Septic
Full-Time | In-Office | Northern VA
Five Star Septic is hiring a motivated and professional Receptionist to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, scheduling services, and supporting daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Data entry
- Schedule septic and plumbing services
- Coordinate with technicians/dispatch
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Deliver 5-star customer service
Requirements:
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with Microsoft office
