Job Overview A law firm seeks a Real Estate Public Finance Associate or Senior Associate with over three years of experience to join their team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a background in public finance, including tax‑exempt bond issuances and tax incentive transactions. Duties Advise on tax‑exempt bond issuances and tax incentive transactions. Collaborate with clients as bond counsel, issuer's counsel, or company counsel. Engage in commercial real‑estate and federal tax matters. Contribute to energy and solar‑related projects. Requirements Minimum of three years of relevant experience. Experience in public finance and tax‑exempt bond issuances. Strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills. Excellent academic credentials. Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Proficiency in handling tax incentive transactions. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
