Join our team as a Concrete Laborer, where you will play a crucial role in supporting masonry and concrete restoration activities. You will assist skilled tradespeople by performing general labor tasks and maintaining a safe and organized job site, under the direction and supervision of the site management team. This role is offering $20 - $27 an hour and you will need an OSHA 10 prior to starting the job. Any experience in construction or concrete would be great.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mixing, pouring, and placing concrete for restoration projects.
• Chip concrete and paint for building renovation.
• Work with heavy tools and machinery daily.
• Support masons with material handling, lifting, and transporting materials.
• Perform concrete patching and repair work as directed.
• Complete general labor duties.
• Set up and prepare the site for work.
• Perform ongoing cleanup and debris removal.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Essential Skills

• Experience in concrete, general labor, and construction.
• Knowledge of rebar, concrete forms, power tools, concrete finishing, masonry, brick laying, brick masonry, and carpentry.
• Previous construction experience, preferably in heavy construction settings.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and safety guidelines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• OSHA-10 certification or willingness to obtain.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
