Role Scope Draft, review, and negotiate the commercial agreements the company signs weekly: customer contracts, supplier agreements, NDAs, and service terms. Own transactions end to end, from first draft to signature, coordinating outside counsel where it is genuinely needed. Advise business teams directly, turning legal risk into a plain‑English recommendation and a next step. Build the templates and playbooks that let the business self‑serve on repeat paper. What We're Looking For The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would. You've independently drafted and negotiated commercial contracts against sophisticated counterparties. You give answers, not memos: business teams leave your reviews knowing what to do. You've run your own deal load, in‑house or in practice, with minimal supervision. You know when a point is worth fighting and when speed is worth more than the clause. You hold a law license in good standing in a relevant jurisdiction. Bonus: Data center, energy, or infrastructure transactions. A mix of firm and in‑house experience.
