Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Industrial Engineering Program Manager to lead Industrial Engineering teams across multiple manufacturing facilities. The role focuses on time studies, work measurement, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing, productivity improvement, automation, and continuous improvement, while managing cross-functional teams, program delivery, KPIs, and stakeholder relationships in a high-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment.

Location: Appleton, WI
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onsite Industrial Engineering teams supporting 4 5 manufacturing facilities.
- Drive time studies, work measurement, line balancing, productivity, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
- Perform video-based time studies, work breakdowns, and Yamazumi line balancing.
- Experience with multi-model line balancing, level loading, and high-volume/high-mix production.
- Identify and implement improvements in quality, cost, productivity, cycle time, labor, material flow, warehouse, and inventory.
- Support automation, robotics, assembly line consolidation, high-flow lines, and digital manufacturing initiatives.
- Develop SOPs, work instructions, and standardized operating methods.
- Drive Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, and TQM initiatives.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven improvement plans.
- Manage program governance, resources, schedules, risks, issues, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate with onsite, offshore, customer, operations, and engineering teams.
- Lead cross-functional/global teams and deliver measurable business results.
