Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5×8s | Expected 40 hours/week | Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (schedule may include Tuesday–Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services in an acute care and/or rehabilitation setting
• May also support outpatient therapy services as needed
• Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and clinical best practices
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Experience in acute care and/or rehabilitation settings required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient physical therapy experience
• Familiarity with a fast-paced hospital environment
