Pilates Instructor

As a BODYBAR Pilates Instructor, you'll play an integral role in creating an exceptional member experience while delivering safe, effective, and engaging classes. Responsibilities include:

• Embody and promote the BODYBAR Pilates mission, values, and teaching methodology in every class and member interaction.
• Plan and lead dynamic, Pilates-based group fitness classes using the BODYBAR teaching formula for clients of all fitness levels and abilities.
• Provide clear instruction and hands-on guidance to ensure proper form, safety, and movement quality.
• Foster a positive, welcoming, and inclusive studio environment that encourages connection and community.
• Build meaningful relationships with members by engaging before, during, and after class.
• Educate members on studio offerings, policies, promotions, and appropriate movement modifications when needed.
• Take ownership of your teaching schedule by arranging qualified substitute instructors for assigned classes when necessary. Instructors are responsible for ensuring all scheduled classes are covered.
• Maintain a professional, energetic, and supportive presence while delivering an exceptional member experience.
• Collaborate with the studio team to uphold the high standards and culture of BODYBAR Pilates.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• A passion for boutique fitness, Pilates, or related field
• Desire to obtain a group fitness certification, or a Pilates certification
• Strong communicator—both verbal and written
• Community-minded and connection-driven
• Positive, team-focused leader who leads by example
