If you have the "grit" to hunt for the best candidates and the professional polish to represent our brand, we want to talk to you.What's In It For YouFast-Paced Growth: Thrive in an environment that rewards high performance and quick pivots in talent acquisition.Professional Impact: Play a key role as a Recruiter in building out high-performance teams for our clients.Technical Advancement: Master advanced tools and Excel to manage candidate data and market analytics.Collaborative Culture: Join a team that values manufacturing and warehouse industry expertise and a "get-it-done" attitude.Responsibilities IncludeFull-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing and initial outreach to interview coordination and offer negotiation as a lead Recruiter.Strategic Sourcing: Lead talent acquisition efforts by utilizing job boards and networking to build a robust pipeline for manufacturing and warehouse environments.Data Management: Utilize Excel to track recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and reporting for leadership.Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and behavioral traits.Relationship Management: Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing market insights and candidate recommendations.Compliance & Tracking: Maintain accurate records in the ATS to ensure 100% data integrity throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle.Skills/QualificationsExperience: Proven success as a Recruiter, specifically within the manufacturing and warehouse sectors.Communication: Exceptional persuasive and interpersonal skills; ability to "sell" opportunities to top talent.Technical Tools: Proficiency in Excel for data organization and reporting is essential.Adaptability: Proven ability to handle ever-changing priorities and shifting focus without losing momentum.Organization: Disciplined and efficient with a high attention to detail and professional documentation standards.Drive: A self-confident, "hunter" mentality with a persistent and resilient approach to overcoming challenges.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. $25/hrComprehensive Benefits: Includes premium health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and eligibility for an incentive recognition bonus program.
