Temporary Workplace Experience Coordinator / Office Manager Staffing Company: NRI Staffing Assignment Location: Bethesda, MD Assignment Dates: September 23, 2026 - October 31, 2026 Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour Assignment Type: Temporary Position Overview NRI Staffing is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented Workplace Experience Coordinator / Office Manager for a temporary assignment supporting a corporate office in Bethesda, MD. This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day workplace operations and creating a welcoming, efficient, and positive onsite experience for employees, visitors, and vendors. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, comfortable working independently, and enjoys a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Support daily office and workplace operations to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Provide a welcoming and professional experience for employees, visitors, and guests. Coordinate with building management, vendors, and service providers as needed. Monitor and maintain office supplies, kitchen and common-area needs, and general office inventory. Assist with onsite meetings, events, employee activities, and workplace programs. Coordinate meeting rooms, conference spaces, catering, and other logistical requirements. Help maintain organized, clean, and well-functioning common areas. Respond to employee and office-related requests and coordinate solutions as needed. Support administrative and general office management tasks. Assist with facilities-related issues and elevate concerns when appropriate. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions. Take initiative to identify workplace needs and address issues proactively. Qualifications Previous experience in workplace experience, office management, hospitality, corporate facilities, administrative support, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Professional, polished, and approachable demeanor. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Comfortable interacting with employees, executives, vendors, and visitors. Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications. Ability to work onsite in Bethesda, MD for the duration of the assignment.
