Benefits Daily pay Free telemedicine and virtual mental health care for all associates starting day one Multiple health insurance and life insurance options 401(k) plan with company match Paid parental leave Paid time off Holiday pay Pet insurance Employee assistance program Schulte Savings Marketplace discounts on event tickets, electronics, gym memberships, and more Job Duties and Responsibilities Audit the daily guest ledger Handle all end‑of‑day accounting functions, including posting daily room rates and room tax Ensure accuracy of all charges to guest folios Calculate the sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room, and other departments Act as front‑desk clerk: check guests in and out, book reservations, and resolve guest issues Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handling procedures Organize the front desk area so that the AM front desk staff can properly prepare for their shift Monitor hotel security camera system Ensure that the lobby is well‑maintained, properly lit, and that music is played at an appropriate volume Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Perform any other duties as assigned Education and Experience Minimum of 1 year in accounting or as a night auditor Knowledge of property management system (PMS) High school diploma or GED Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to multi‑task Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Team player Ability to exceed guest expectations Basic accounting/math skills Compensation Range $17.00 – $18.50 per hour Hiring Process and Additional Information The hiring process may include a phone interview, manager interviews, drug screening, background check, reference checks, and a potential employment assessment.
