Inside Sales Expansion Rep
We're hiring an Inside Sales Expansion rep a hunter at heart to grow revenue inside our existing customer base. You'll dig into accounts already using GigSmart and find the next opportunity: a new location, a new department, a new shift type, a new product. If you love prospecting inside warm logos and turning a single deal into ten, this role fits.
Key Responsibilities
- Run inbound and outbound calls with prospects across all industries including hospitality, retail, warehousing, and facility services
- Qualify leads, understand staffing needs, and recommend the right mix of G-Force, G-Flex, and G-Board
- Demo the platform live and walk prospects through their first shift post
- Hit weekly activity goals and monthly closed-won targets
- Keep HubSpot clean pipeline notes, next steps, accurate stages
- Partner with marketing on lead quality feedback
- Hand off growth accounts to Account Management team with a complete picture of customer goals
Qualifications
Required:
- 24 years of B2B sales experience in a closing role
- Strong prospecting skills with proof of self-sourced pipeline
- Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder deals inside mid-market accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
- Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRMs
Preferred:
- Background in staffing, workforce management, SaaS, or marketplace platforms
- Track record of overachieving quota
