SGA Lists is seeking Live Events Coordinator/Managers/Supervisors for the 2026 U.S Open
June 15-21

SGA Lists, SGA Hospitality is a premier hospitality firm gearing up for the2026 U.S. Open We are currently seeking experienced Hospitality Manager to own and execute our presence at events in a local market. Working along side and collaborating with a SGA Team member, The Events Manager will manage all aspects of event execution—from checking in to checking out our team.

• 5:00 am - 8:00pm
• 12PM - 8PM
• 5:00 am - 12 PM

About You: 

• 1-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry
• Proven experience coordinating event logistics, execution, and on-site operations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience tracking event performance metrics 
• Comfort working as a team player and independently 
• To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for anticipating and addressing challenges that are essential in maintaining the highest standards of event execution.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
• Strong project management skills are essential to ensure that all events are delivered on time, within scope, and meet or exceed expectations.
• Your expertise in live event management, coupled with your ability to organize a winning team, will play a pivotal role in creating unique event experiences that leave a lasting impact.
• You will also have the chance to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their vision and translating it into reality through meticulous planning and execution.
• You will collaborate with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
