Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7-4 or 8-5 | Hybrid role with 3 days in office 2 days remote
Job Description:
Summary: Responsible for non-engineering procurements, sourcing, updating prices and part numbers in ERP (System: Steev), setting up new vendors, and managing day-to-day vendor and PO tasks.

Job Description:
Summary: Responsible for non-engineering procurements, sourcing, updating prices and part numbers in ERP (System: Steev), setting up new vendors, and managing day-to-day vendor and PO tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Procures materials, equipment, supplies, and services of a specialized or complex nature in accordance with established purchasing policies and procedures.
- Develops and implements cost-effective purchasing strategies within the organization.
- Reviews and evaluates purchase requisitions, recommends process improvements, and oversees change orders.
- Identifies and develops new sources of supply; prepares and issues bid requests, specifications, formal invitations, and requests for proposals.
- Analyzes bids, quotes, and proposals; selects and awards vendors for procurement needs; and manages contract administration.
- Requires 1-3 years of relevant experience.
