When you join us as a first time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws./ppThis is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $50,000 - $150,000 or more annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses available to those who qualify./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliTake the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs/liliConduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations/liliClose sales effectively by working closely with FI team/liliFollow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer/li/ulpWhat Youll Need to Have for the Role:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent is required/lili2+ years experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate preferred/liliMust be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license/liliBasic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information/liliValid drivers license required/liliMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices/liliPeriods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending/li/ulpGeneral Compensation Disclosure/ppThis position is a 100% commission-based role. ++No Soft Pack; Minimum Commissions/Flats apply++ The variable compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000. In California, Massachusetts, Michigan, and Maine you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation earned.
