HR Generalist Talent, Training & Compliance

REDPATH MINING

REDPATH MINING is seeking an HR Generalist to manage a variety of human resource functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities while working closely with management to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, at least five years of relevant experience, and proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft applications.
