Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state or a compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines.
• Minimum 2 years of recent PICU experience required; PEDS experience mandatory.
• BSN preferred; ADN accepted for all other positions except specific units.
• Ability to work flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Experience with charting systems; EPIC experience preferred.
• Must have completed at least 1 prior travel assignment.
