Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify the mental health and substance use needs of clients, incorporating standardized tools and clinical interviews.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring that the strategies adopted are evidence-based and tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards of practice.

  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and recovery coaches, to coordinate comprehensive care and enhance treatment efficacy.

  • Participate actively in case reviews and treatment planning meetings, contributing insights and recommendations to optimize client care plans.

  • Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, applying de-escalation techniques and immediate support during client emergencies.

  • Continuously engage in ongoing professional development, keeping abreast of current trends and best practices in mental health and substance abuse treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
