Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Start date: ASAP Ratios: 1:2 Years of experience REQ: 2 years First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: Equivalent to every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) plus 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule Certs REQ: BCLS, NRP Is on-call REQ?: No Will this traveler need to float between like units? Yes, nursery role, transition role. This is not a routine occurrence; it may not be needed. If it becomes a potential to float, it would be "baby transition nurse," only if delivery volumes are high. Responsibilities: Care for babies after initial birth, routine baby care/vitals, head to toe assessment, skin to skin, breastfeeding, routine labs. Charting: EPIC. Epic Experience Preferred. Will NICU candidates be attending to delivers? No. Open to accommodating block schedule? Per manager discretion.
