Location: Jackson, MO Job Title: Production Associates $15.25 - 15.75 per hr 7am - 7:30 pm or 7pm - 7:30am

1. 2-3 Rotation
2. day weekend every other week

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking dedicated General Labor Associates to join their team. As a General Labor Associate, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting various operational activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills, which will help you succeed and grow within the organization. What's the Job? Perform order picking, packing, and stocking to ensure smooth production flow Assist with lifting and moving materials safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work environment Support team members in daily production tasks Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards at all times What's Needed? Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods Strong work ethic and attention to detail Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is a plus What's in it for me?
