Job Description

The Lead Intake Specialist is often the first impression a homeowner has of A New Day Construction. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls, qualifying prospective clients, scheduling appointments, assisting with estimate preparation, and ensuring every homeowner experiences our commitment to professionalism, communication, and service from the very first interaction.

This position plays a vital role in supporting the sales process by gathering accurate project information, maintaining organized records, and helping the sales team provide timely and accurate proposals.
