Caring People Home Care is looking to hire experienced, compassionate and caring Companions. We are looking for the following characteristics in the chosen candidates.

****Male Caregiver/Companion Needed in Stamford, Male preferred for a male client!!!!!!!!! immediate shifts 

• Compassion : We want our aides to be compassionate and understanding of our client's needs.
• Professionalism: Professionalism is a key quality for any Home Health Aide (HHA), as it directly affects the quality of care provided, the client’s comfort, and the overall trust in the homecare environment.
• Trust : We look for our aides to be trustworthy and hold them to highest standard when it comes to caring for our clients.
• Competency: We ensure that our aides are competent and understand every aspect of homecare. This includes understanding, care plans, positioning, toileting, bathing, grooming, incontinence care, bedbound care.
• Engagement : One of the most important characteristics and on the job, duties is that our aides must be engaged with our clients. This includes constantly tending to their needs, having conversations, being engaged with family members and understanding concerns.
• Self Starts/Self Motivated- We are looking for individuals who can be self starters and are self motivated to ensure the highest level of care is provided to our patients.

What you will do at Caring People:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as cooking, laundry, bathing, toileting and light housekeeping
• Work with patients who have complex conditions including, Alzheimer's, Dementia, Diabetes and Hypertension.
• Experience with caring for patients who are bedbound, wheelchair bound, or immobile.
• Positioning
• Incontinence Care
• Other Home Health Aide /Caregiver duties as required
• Live-In Schedule
