What You’ll Do Provide evaluations and treatment in home and community environments Complete HIPAA-compliant documentation (evaluations, progress reports, daily notes, LMNs, equipment forms, etc.) Build meaningful connections with families and coordinate care directly with them Collaborate as needed with physicians, orthotists, early intervention providers, and DME teams to support each child’s progress Benefits Flexible schedule Opportunities for advancement Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
