Key Responsibilities\n

  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong professional relationships while adhering to ethical boundaries and promoting a therapeutic alliance.

  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, address stability, plan for future appointments, and facilitate discharge when appropriate.

  • Develop, implement, and actively monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand the clients' backgrounds, challenges, and needs, forming the foundation for their treatment plans.

  • Engage in individual therapy sessions, focusing on therapeutic techniques that empower clients to overcome challenges.

  • A Master's Degree in mental health or a related field, providing the foundational knowledge needed for effective therapy.
