- Manage daily activities of maintenance staff and contractors as required
- Lead, coach, and mentor staff to ensure established standards for safety and maintenance and repair of equipment are met daily
- Develop and modify short, mid, and long-term preventative maintenance plans, tactics, and resources to achieve safe and efficient uptime of facility and equipment
- Direct and facilitate equipment upgrades as needed
- Hire, train and develop maintenance staff; evaluate their performance annually
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
- High level of focus and attention to detail
- Experience in high power electrical systems, PLC training, CMMS’s, etc. is a plus
- Ability to lead a team and hit targeted goals
- Minimum of 2+ years of industry related experience preferred
