Job Summary
The healthcare provider is seeking a qualified CT Technologist for a night shift position in Baltimore, Maryland. This role involves performing computed tomography (CT) procedures, collaborating with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff, and assisting with various diagnostic interventions. The ideal candidate will have an active Maryland license, an associates degree in radiology technology or a closely related field, and at least two years of recent experience, including completion of one travel assignment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Sunday through Tuesday, 7:00 PM 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active Maryland license; Associates degree in radiology technology or closely related field; six months of previous experience; ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) registration; CPR certification; experience with Siemens scanners; at least 2 full years of recent experience; completion of one travel assignment
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous employment with any Johns Hopkins health system facility (must be noted in work history and verified prior to offer); prior travel experience with a requirement of at least 1 year since last employment at any Johns Hopkins facility if previously employed
• Additional Information: Candidates must be capable of operating CT scanners and related imaging equipment, positioning patients accurately on equipment, and securing patient consent for intravenous injections. Responsibilities include patient counseling, assisting physicians with biopsies and drainage procedures, and interacting professionally with the healthcare team.
