Sr. QA Compliance Coordinator

Overview Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and quality assurance sector, is seeking a Sr. QA Compliance Coordinator to join their team. As a Sr. QA Compliance Coordinator, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting enterprise-level quality management and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Whats the Job? Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the global Quality Management System (QMS). Manage enterprise-level QMS transformation projects, including digital platform integrations and system governance. Oversee external audits, including customer, regulatory, and certification audits, ensuring compliance and proper documentation. Partner with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights on quality risks, trends, and performance metrics. Drive quality initiatives such as Kaizen, root cause analysis, and process improvements across multiple manufacturing sites. Whats Needed? Bachelors degree in Quality, Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 35 years of experience in GMP manufacturing or laboratory environments. Proven experience leading QMS programs, audits, and system transformation initiatives. Certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (ASQ, ISO, GFSI, GMP or equivalent) are preferred.
