What You’ll Do Manage all sales activities at the hotel Prospect, qualify, and close group, corporate, and event business Lead site tours, proposals, and event detailing Track performance using brand-standard systems Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth event execution What You Bring Marriott and/or Hilton experience strongly preferred Strong communication and sales strategy skills Knowledge of Hilton brand platforms (CI/TY, SalesPro, etc.) Organized, driven, and guest-focused Availability for occasional travel and flexible hours What You’ll Love About Working Here We believe great work deserves great rewards.
