Robert Half is looking for a Visual Merchandiser to support the execution of visual merchandising strategies across wholesale retail environments. This role blends hands-on merchandising, project management, and client-facing collaboration to drive brand consistency, elevate in-store presentation, and support overall business performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising initiatives across showroom and wholesale environments, including product setup (e.g., hanging apparel, folding, and maintaining visual standards).
• Support showroom setup and merchandising for meetings, presentations, and key stakeholder events.
• Lead project management efforts including brief writing, merchandising plan creation, and coordination across internal teams.
• Partner cross-functionally with creative, operations, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of visual concepts.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, serving as a client-facing point of contact.
• Assist with formatting and light design work using Adobe Creative Suite to support visual materials and presentations.
• Contribute to print production efforts, ensuring quality and alignment with brand standards.
• Ensure a high level of attention to detail across all merchandising execution and deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising, ideally within wholesale or retail environments.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Proven ability to operate in a client-facing role, building relationships and communicating effectively.
• Hands-on experience with in-store or showroom merchandising execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for formatting and design support.
• Experience with print production is a strong plus.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and support on-site merchandising needs as required.
