We're growing, and we're looking for an Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to join our team in our Memphis office. This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career attorney (0-3 years) who wants real hands-on experience, close mentorship, and a genuine path to grow. You'll work directly with clients from day one, draft the documents that give families peace of mind, and see matters through from first meeting to completion. What you'll do Draft and review wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate-planning documents Guide clients through the probate and estate-administration process Meet with clients to understand their goals and explain their options in plain language Manage a caseload with the support and mentorship of experienced attorneys Contribute to a collaborative, service-oriented team culture What we're looking for J.D. and an active Tennessee law license - you must be licensed and able to practice immediately 0-3 years of legal experience - new attorneys are encouraged to apply Strong writing, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in estate planning and probate A warm, client-first approach and the ability to explain complex topics simply Organized, dependable, and eager to learn Why work with us Direct client contact and meaningful responsibility early in your career Hands-on mentorship from attorneys who want to see you succeed A supportive, close-knit team that values work-life balance $75,000 base salary plus bonus opportunities tied to meeting KPIs Benefits and clear opportunities to advance The Estate & Family Law Group is an equal opportunity employer.
