Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Minnesota is required.
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is encouraged.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in conjunction with school staff and families.
• Provide both direct and consultative services to support students’ academic and social development.
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation for each student served.
• Participate actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings and ongoing staff professional development.
• Engage with families, offering resources and strategies to extend progress beyond the classroom.
