Software Engineer, Automation & Deployments

Salary: $143,400 - 143,400 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for an engineer comfortable with Java or Kotlin.
• We need familiarity with AWS Step Functions, databases such as DynamoDB and Timestream, Lambda, CDK, CloudFormation, and EC2.
• We expect experience releasing software at scale with CI/CD.
• We require 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• We require 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience for new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• We require experience programming with at least one software language.
• Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Preferred: Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.

• We design and build CI/CD and other automation to improve the customer experience and the quality of our Machine Learning Acceleration platforms.
• We work with Machine Learning software and hardware teams to understand challenges and improve the efficiency and quality of releases and operations.
• We develop software that is maintainable, extensible, well documented, tested, and reusable.
• We write software to automate the release process and the day-to-day operations of multiple platforms.
